What NFR Is

NFR reconnects old friends, supports controlled membership and Contact Requests, preserves historical records and media, helps locate friends who have lost contact, and maintains reunion history.

Community Scope

The community may include former New Friends Cricket Club members and players, friends from the same social circle, school and college friends, neighbourhood friends and friends connected through shared activities.

Membership in NFR does not imply that someone was a cricket player.

Privacy by Design

Personal information does not become public merely because NFR has collected it. Direct contact details, exact addresses, family information, member-directory information, Find-a-Friend leads, RSVP/attendance and administrative records remain protected by default.

Public archive and reunion material appears only after deliberate publication and privacy review.

NFR and WhatsApp

WhatsApp complements NFR. WhatsApp is useful for immediate informal communication; NFR is intended for durable profiles, reconnection, history, photographs, memories, reunions and long-term preservation.

Archival Philosophy

NFR preserves original media separately from restored or enhanced derivatives, records approximate dates as approximate, retains provenance where practical and does not convert personal recollection into verified fact without evidence.
